Rooms & Suites at Formby Hall:

We are fully licensed by the civil registrar to host civil marriages and partnerships at the hotel, for up to 250 guests. We are delighted to offer you the choice of either our Ambassador Suite or Diplomat Suite. Privately situated on the first floor of the hotel, both rooms benefit from natural daylight and stunning views overlooking the golf course.

Ambassador Suite

A stunning backdrop of elegance. The Ambassador Suite can accommodate up to 250 guests and is situated on the first floor of the hotel. This suite offers you a grand staircase on arrival, glittering chandeliers and a wrap-around balcony with breathtaking views of the golf course.

The room is flexible in size to make your wedding day intimate, with coloured lighting in the ceiling to set the mood for your evening reception, and two private bars in the suite.

Diplomat Suite

Elegant & intimate. Situated on the first floor of the hotel, our Diplomat Suite can accommodate up to 160 guests. This contemporary suite boasts a large window that overlooks the 18th hole lake, a separate bar and lounge area, as well as a private balcony with comfortable seating.

A picturesque setting, perfect to be married and to dance the night away in front of. It also includes a separate private bar and lounge area, along with a private balcony with comfortable seating.

Accommodation

Formby Hall offers stylish bedrooms with all the amenities you will need. Our Double or Twin bedrooms are spacious rooms and are the perfect place for your guests to relax and unwind after celebrating your wedding. Some of the rooms offer a fantastic view overlooking the golf course.

Choose our incredible Superior rooms which are located on the first floor, or Superior Loft Rooms that have a dedicated floor and private entrance. Allowing you to admire the incredible views of the course whilst sipping on our complimentary Prosecco in our cosy bathrobes and fluffy slippers. All rooms are luxuriously decorated and have added extras including Nespresso coffee machines, bottle of fizz and televisions in the bathrooms. Some have interconnecting doors which are ideal for families or groups. All rooms are equipped with additional tea-making facilities, and ensuite high-quality bathrooms with rainfall showers. Some of our Superior Loft rooms also include a separate bathtub with TV screen.

The luxury Spa at Formby Hall offers a sumptuous oasis of peace and tranquility; a haven away from the rigours of daily life. Awarded Resident Spa of the Year, North West Beauty Awards 2019, Formby Hall is perfect for relaxing spa breaks, spa weekends or spa day treatments before or after your wedding day for you and your wedding guests.

You can also enjoy a 20m Heated Indoor Swimming Pool, Himalayan Salt Sauna, Essence Infused Laconium Cabin, Spa Bath, Steam Room, Ice Fountain and Experience Showers.
