Hi, I'm Iain and I've been capturing couples' wedding photos and videos for many years! I absolutely love my job and consider it an honour to be able to not only share one of the most important days of 2 people's lives, but also capture their life long memories for them to enjoy for years and years to come.

My couples tell me how much I put them at ease during not only the run up to their big day, but on the day itself. Having done hundreds of weddings over the years, you can pretty much rest assured, I've seen it all, and will always do everything I can to make sure the day runs as smoothly as possible. After all, if my couples are happy, and chilled on the day, it makes their photos and videos look even better!!

My style is super relaxed. I don't do awkward posing. I'm all about getting my couples to interact with each other while I just capture the laughter, those little looks to each other and even the odd few tears. I'll capture a true record of your day without turning it into a photoshoot or a film set! I won't keep you away from your guests for hours. We'll spend about 15 to 20 minutes getting some amazing shots before getting you back to your guests! It's your day and I want you to enjoy it with your nearest and dearest.

Top Tip!

My top 10 tips for awesome wedding photos and videos:

1. Make the day yours. Have the day you dream of and bring your friends and family along for the ride!
2. Book a photographer / videographer who matches your personality and you can get along with. We'll be with you on your big day longer than most of your guests!
3. Make sure the room you're getting ready in is kept tidy. Tesco carrier bags or knickers thrown over the back of a chair don't look great in your photos and videos!
4. Send each other a letter to open on the morning of the wedding. But don't open it before we get there!
5. Don't get confetti that's too small. It doesn't show up as well in your pics and vids.... plus it WILL get stuck in your hair for the rest of the day!
6. Allow enough time between the ceremony and your meal to relax, get some nice photos and mingle with your guests
7. If you are going to wear super expensive shoes that you don't want to get dirty, bring some flats, spare shoes for when we go off to capture the couple's photos.
8. Things sometimes go wrong on the day. Laugh it off, and remember that you are marrying the person you love, surrounded by your nearest and dearest!
9. Control what you can control. Things like weather will be what they will be. I'll capture incredible photos and videos no matter what the weather!
10. Most importantly, HAVE FUN! The day will go so fast, so savour every moment!

It was an absolute pleasure to have Iain and Anwen come and capture our special day on 25th September 2022! They were both absolutely amazing throughout the whole day and have successfully captured and edited the most amazing photos and put together such a heart warming highlights video that we will be able to reminisce over for the rest of our lives. Iain and his team was amazing on our wedding day. It was a pleasure they was able to be part of our day lovely with all the guest and made me the bride feel so relaxed and at ease. We meet Iain before our wedding day straight away we know we wanted him to capture our day not just because of his amazing work but him as a person, he could not do enough for us, funny personality and down to earth.We can not wait to see our photos and videos we went for the full package and was so worth it. We first met Iain at a wedding fair and was blown away with his beautiful pictures and more importantly for the husband the drone!! 😂 Iain captured our day on Saturday 4th June and he certainly didn’t disappoint! Iain and Anwen photographed our wedding last month at Chester Zoo, the pair of them were absolutely amazing, very professional, but really personable- genuinely lovely people! They made everything so easy for us and it was a joy to work with them. Nothing was too much trouble, and our photo album and video are just perfect!
